Architect

        »  Graduate of B.S. Architecture, preferably licensed, 24-35 years old

        »  Proficient in Autocadd Operation and 3D architectural rendering

        »  At least 2-years experience in the preparation of architectural, electrical and sanitary plans and designs

        »  Ability to supervise project construction and management.

Structural Engineer

        »  Licensed Civil Engineer - ASEP Member

        »  Male / Female, 24 - 40 years old

        »  Must have at least two (2) years working experience in structural and autocadd designing

        »  Must have excellent supervisory skills, and knowledge on structural design, dynamic result oriented & dedicated to assigned task.

Accountant

        »  CPA, BS Accountancy graduate, M/F 25-35 years old

        »  At least 2 years experience in general and cost accounting

        »  Familiar with BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig & other regulatory requirements

        »  Experience in real estate and construction accounting would be an advantage.

Area Manager

        »  Male, between 30 to 40 years old

        »  Graduate of any business course

        »  At least two-year experience in all of the following functions:

        »  Computer literate

        »  With good leadership ability and tact in dealing with people

        »  Must know how to drive, with valid driver’s license.

Paralegal/HR Officer

        »  Male/Female not more than 35 years old

        »  Law/Psychological graduate

        »  Preferably with broad experience as Paralegal personnel of a reputable law firm

        »  Knowlegeable in administrative works related to legal matters

        »  Can work under time pressure with less supervision, in coordination with other departments

        »  Good writing and communication skills

        »  In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles

        »  Computer literate.

Sales Executive

        »  Female, with pleasing personality

        »  Single, 24 to 30 years old

        »  At least 2nd year in any business course

        »  With at least one(1) year experience in selling subdivision lots

        »  Computer literate

        »  Good communication skills.
